THE CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND US
Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. The contract between us (“Contract”) will only be formed when we send you the Order Acceptance.

Prices and availability of Products and Services may change without any prior notice. In any case where the price of a Product listed is incorrect, we are under no obligation to provide the Product at the incorrect price, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a mis-pricing.
PAYMENT

An order will be processed only after Full Payment for the order has been made.
For orders being paid for, by Direct Deposits, payment should be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Unpaid orders will be cancelled after 24 hours.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of the Products or Services to any person that provides wrong information when entering their billing details.
You reserve the right to inspect your order and return if there are any issues within 24 hours of receipt. You agree that you relinquish this right if you wish to return the delivered product beyond the 24 hour time frame.

SHIPPING
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate shipping information for all purchases made on The Site.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Items are subject to returns, refunds and exchanges if there is a physical or functional defect upon receipt. In a case where you have received an incorrect or defective item, please get in touch with the Customer service team on +233553900573 or info@teaatheart.com within 24 hours so this error can be rectified. This error will be impossible to rectify beyond 24 hours. We entreat you to inspect your order upon receipt so any issues can be solved swiftly.
Items purchased during promotions such as discount sales, clearance or free gift promotions are not subject to returns, refunds or exchanges unless the purchased item is damaged or functionally defective.
PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS AND OFFERS
Free Gift Promotion (March 2023):
Purchase items to a total of GHC 100 or above and you can get one of the free gift items. Gift Items appear in cart when cart total exceeds GHC 100. Only one gift item can be added to cart per purchase. There is no promotional code required.
The free gift promotion is only valid for a limited time.
We reserve the right to limit sales or cancel orders if there is misuse of the promotion.
This promotion is subject to changes, alterations or termination by Tea At Heart at our sole discretion at any time and without notice.
DISCLAIMERS
We have made the effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of the Products. We cannot guarantee that your device will display these colors and images accurately.
